Nina Ricci Show- Women's Collection Autumn/Winter 2018/19 in Paris

Artistic Director: Guillaume HenryInspiration: at the Hôtel Potocki, under crystal and gilded chandeliers, the new Nina Ricci woman, still bourgeois and chic, dares to play with her sensuality and masculinity, even borrowing some outfits from the cavaliers…Collection: the cape is deployed in a loose and light way, but is also revisited and worn over silk shirts, ending with volume on the back. A grey, ribbed velvet suit highlights the self-assurance of this new woman. She dares to play with materials, as seen through these dresses, creased like paper, which seem to almost liquefy, or these bras worn over fluid, powder skirts. The effects of leather, lacquered, supple, drawing the gaze to the new dresses and single breasted coats. To note: Audrey Marnay and her dress with two hoops + the veil added to the hats + the belt with the initials ‘NR’.Music from the show (for use only in context of the show, under cover of the right to information)
